Hey guys :wave:

Well I hope you’ve all had a chance to check out my blog now. I know it’s not much to look at but I’m working on improving it and I hope to add some new stuff shortly.

Anyway, you may have noticed that the patterns so far are fairly simple and I apologise to anyone who thinks I should be doing bigger and better things ;) ;)

I would like to be able to provide more detailed patterns but the limitations of my charting software are preventing me from doing anything too big (I’m using screen grabs at the moment, which is frustrating).

Eventually I am going to upgrade my charting software and do better charts, I promise =)

For those who have already bookmarked my blog, thanks, it’s very much appreciated :hug:

Just a word of note though, I can be quite tardy sometimes (I’m a typical Leo) and I have so much on at the moment that I can’t find enough hours in the day to do everything I want so don't expect regular updates!!!

I think it's a really cool blog so far! The Mario things from the other day are handy to have a chart of on hand. Yours are more accurate than the Mario Paint strategy guide's are, too. ^^ Having big patterns can be nice, but I think it's just as good (if not better) to have smaller ones, so you can look at them and decide to make them on the spur of the moment without having to set anything aside, or run to the store and get supplies. Plus, smaller patterns make nifty casual gifts.

Mmm, maybe - they've forcast rain here today but it's still really muggy - 27 degrees!!!! And they say tomorrow will be hotter!

Thanks, I'm glad you like what I've done.

Some of my other watchers think that I'm wasting my talents on small things but like you say they make great gift ideas. I have lots more stuff planned over the weekend (I finally get access to my scanner) and I need to crack on with my In Stitches too!!!

BTW, I love the little Chun Li charts on your blog today - she's my fav SF character you know!

Nice and hot nice!! I'm fine with hot temps long as its not muggy. It suppose to be cool for the next week and I'm getting a bit tired of it!! Wanna trade?? :P

A waste of your talents? That sounds so harsh! Even professional designers, the ones who get their names on the front of cross stitch magazines and people go, "Wow, I have to get their new design!" do smaller patterns quite often. I really look forward to seeing your next postings! :D

Also, thanks very much! I'm really glad you liked them. ^^ I like Cammy a little better, but I think Chun Li is better for cross stitching. Cammy is a bit scary looking, and her outfit doesn't have as much trim to stitch, even disregarding that there's less of an outfit in the first place.

Right now, I'd jest settlew for cooler - the heat is unbearable - even at night.

I haven't stitched for 2 nights now because it's so hot!!!
